What does Leadership Logistics LLC do?
We are a last-mile package delivery company and an Amazon Delivery Service Partner based in Westford, Massachusetts. Our drivers deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses in our service area, and our operations team handles route planning, dispatch, fleet maintenance, driver hiring, training, and safety programs.

What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Westford, Massachusetts and the surrounding communities in our service area, using our own fleet of branded delivery vans.
What are your business hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Delivery operations run daily from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM Eastern.
Who receives your text messages, and why?
We text our own delivery drivers and job applicants about their work: daily route codes, staging locations, shift reminders, assignment confirmations, and other time-sensitive operational updates. A mobile number is only used after the person provides it and agrees to receive text messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How do I opt in to or out of text messages?
You opt in by providing your mobile number in our driver application or onboarding paperwork and consenting to receive text messages; consent is not a condition of employment or of applying. How is mobile information protected?
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with our messaging service provider to deliver the messages you requested. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
